4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by Engagerz remains our property until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, clients receive usage rights as specified in their service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Engagerz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Engagerz operates.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
